Glen A. Yale
Glen A. Yale has been a lawyer in San Antonio specializing in estate planning and tax-exempt organizations since 1982, and he is here to serve you.
Although Glen was born in Lima, Ohio, and raised in rural Ohio, his ancestors were in Texas before the days of the Republic of Texas.
Glen attended Wheaton College (Ill.) where he was a philosophy and economics major and graduated in 1975. It was there that he met his future wife, Nancy, and they married soon after college. They now have three adult children and six grandchildren. He attended Harvard Law School and graduated cum laude in 1978.
Glen went through college on an ROTC scholarship, which led to a four-year commitment to the US Army. As a Captain in the Army JAG Corps, his first assignment was with the Health Services Command at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio.
Accompanied by his wife, he later served as the legal advisor to the Army CID (Criminal Investigation Division) in Seoul, Korea.
In June 1982, after leaving the US Army, they returned to San Antonio instead of Ohio, choosing the city for its favorable weather and Glen’s familial ties. Glen’s mother was born and raised in San Antonio, where she met his father, who served in the US Army Air Corps before World War II.
Glen’s family has a long history in Texas, dating back to when it was still part of Mexico, and one of his ancestors, William Clark, even signed the Texas Declaration of Independence.
Although not born in Texas, Glen is proud of his dual Buckeye and Texas heritage and is dedicated to serving others with their legal needs.
